This record player uses a belt drive system with an 8-pole hysteresis synchronous motor.
An 8-pole hysteresis synchronous motor is used for the motor. The rotation speed is reduced to 1/2 by changing from 4-pole to 8-pole, and uneven rotation is reduced by reducing the rotation ratio. The diameter of the motor pulley is also twice as thick, and rotational speed accuracy of ± 0.3% or less is achieved.
The motor and board are connected using a special double structure suspension made of synthetic rubber and spring.
The rubber belt used in the belt drive system is made of polyurethane.
This belt has a unique scuff processing that reduces thickness unevenness to less than 5/1000mm to improve characteristics.
The turntable uses aluminum alloy 31 cm diameter with thick outer circumference.
The bearing has been honed, and the shaft has been precisely polished with materials with excellent wear resistance to achieve excellent inertial efficiency.
An S-shaped pipe arm is used for the tone arm, and it is equipped with a lateral balancer, magnetic repulsion type anti-skating mechanism, direct reading type needle pressure adjustment and arm height adjustment device.
It is equipped with newly designed belt protective device and EP board adapter that can be used as indicator to obtain proper overhang.
The dust cover has a free stop hinge.
