"AB" prefix in catalog # was an ABC label price code, and approximately two weeks after the release of the album, the price was raised $1.00 and subsequent pressings were issued as catalog # AA-1006. Issued in a glossy cardstock gatefold jacket, with printed card stock inner sleeve with lyrics and credits. Issued on ABC "starburst" labels.
