Notes:

Cover is textured gatefold with DXSA 7206 printed on back and spine. A sticker with MCA2-10000 is pasted over the catalog number on the top left cover and wraps around the spine, but fails to cover the catalog # on the spine. Labels are black rainbow MCA labels with MCA2-10000.

Issued with libretto, which is 28 pages and measures 6" x 12" with a brown outer cover.
